Daylight Savings

Although good old Ben Franklin is credited with the idea of daylight savings time, it was first implemented during WW1, as one of the original attempts at conserving energy.

Today, the theory is both praised and criticized. However, if we make a conscious effort to use our natural sunlight when possible rather than artificial lighting inside the house, than we are doing our part to help the DST work in our favour for a greener future.
