This is the home of a past client that decided to downsize. When she bought this little bungalow she knew she wanted to call us to give some TLC to the kitchen like we did in her original home!  

This is what the kitchen looked like when we were first invited into our clients home...

The cabinetry is not only beautiful but very functional.

Tilt-Out Soap Tray... or as Leigh likes to call it, her jewelry tray. A great space to store rings while using the (durable, stylish Silgranit) sink.

Spice and Oil Pull-Out. With an adjustable middle shelf it's great even for your big Costco oils.

With limited space in this kitchen we decided to expand the utensil drawer so it could house not only her cutlery but her larger cooking utensils as well. 

One of our favourite custom pieces in this kitchen was the old broom closet that was converted into a pretty pantry/hutch area over top of the stairs. We have a video describing this a bit better. Here is the before...

We included custom drawers that followed the lines of the stairwell ceiling, which was otherwise wasted space. Also, note the custom tray dividers above the fridge.
